At The Movie Jacket, we put a lot of effort into providing our clients with superior coats and outstanding customer service. Please carefully read the following policies before making a purchase, though, in case you need to return or exchange a goods. By making a purchase on our website, you accept these conditions. If you are not satisfied with these conditions then simply don’t buy from us.

Note: If you want your product to be returned or exchanged quickly then it must be unworn and unused. Only your product is eligible for a return or exchange. More so, it should be in its original package with tags.

Exchange Policy

 We are aware that an exchange is occasionally required. What you should know is as follows:

No exchanges for custom orders: Regretfully, there are no exchanges for customized jackets.

Shipment fees: Both routes of shipment must be paid for by the customer. This covers returning the item to us and having the replacement shipped to your address. Exchanged items are not eligible for free shipment.

Procedure and schedule: Our Quality Assurance team inspects the product upon delivery to make sure it hasn't been worn, used, or damaged. Three to five business days may pass during this process. Within two to three weeks of approval, you will receive the exchanged item.

Return Policy

 Returns are only permitted under certain circumstances, including:

• The stuff you ordered is entirely different from what you got.
• The jacket's measurements and size are off from what you ordered.
• The goods were delivered broken or in an unwearable state.

Please remember the following if you need to return a product:

Time frame: After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a refund. After this time, requests won't be honored.

Only valid reasons: Return requests are only handled if the problem is real. Claims that are irrational or random will not be considered.

Note: If the goods do not fit our policies, or if the damage was caused by the customer or during shipping, The Movie Jacket retains the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request.
